General Terms and Conditions & Data Licensing

1. Scope & Provider

These terms apply to all digital data products (datasets, corpora) provided by Axiom NLP, represented by Anne Mouhlen, c/o Smarvo 141, Südstraße 31, 47475 Kamp-Lintfort, Germany.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All datasets provided by Axiom NLP are the exclusive intellectual property of Anne Mouhlen and are protected under German and International Copyright Law (in particular as database works under § 87a UrhG). Purchasing a dataset does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the data.

3. License Grant & Permitted Usage

Upon full payment, Axiom NLP grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the dataset for the following purposes:

• Training, fine-tuning, and evaluating proprietary or open-source Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (e.g., LLMs, NLP pipelines).
• Internal commercial and academic research.

4. Strict Usage Restrictions

To protect our proprietary assets, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or Redistributing: You may not sell, sub-license, publish, or distribute the raw datasets (or significant structural subsets) in their original or trivially modified form.
• Competing Products: You may not use the datasets to create a competing data product.

The weights and outputs of AI models trained on our datasets belong entirely to you and are not subject to these restrictions.

5. Delivery & Refunds

Due to the easily copyable nature of digital datasets, all sales are final. We provide free preview samples (`preview.jsonl`) so buyers can verify the data quality, format, and structural integrity prior to purchase.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of the provider.
